If you've already qualified you will need to re-fresh/revalidate your qualification every 3 years if you wish to continue operating as an ERCA qualified instructor.

The course is a great opportunity for you to get updated about the latest industry information as well as allowing you to practice or refresh techniques that you don't use regularly. There is no formal assessment at the end of the day which takes off some of the pressure!
